Recently I was contacted by a new sign company we'd not worked with yet. They said they want our business and would make us a great deal in order to get it. What a refreshing change! In order to get our business they've made us an offer on one of the monster size billboards in the Salt Lake area. This one is located on a main artery in North Salt Lake, is illuminated at night, and they're giving to us for 6 weeks (not just the typical 4) for just $2,045. It's an opportunity we can't pass up! Reagan Outdoor charges around $10,000 for the same size in a similar type of location. For those of you who know the Salt Lake area, this one is located on I-215 between Redwood Road and I-15. It's positioned such that northbound traffic will see this one. This is a very heavily traveled stretch of road, and for most days, the northbound traffic at the end of the day slows to a crawl during rush hour. This means that people at these times will have to look at the billboard for several minutes before they move on by it, so this one is going to be noticed big time! Below is an example of our current billboard size and a design of the monster size with a rough, new design that's made specifically for this size. The monster size is scheduled to go up on August 1st and will stay up until September 15th.
This is an opportunity that we had not budgeted for, but we don't want to pass this one up! In order to pay for this opportunity we need your support! Question, I just donated using my card so it won’t show up on my parents bill or anything but it asked for a phone number, and address and such and it listed my address as “shipping address” Is it going to actually send me anything (Like a reciept)? |
