San Francisco Bay Area Post-Mormons
 

First Monthly Gathering

Come join us for our FIRST monthly gathering, October 4th at 1pm at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. 

Grab a light lunch or your beverage of choice and join us at a table just outside of Peet's.  Look for a PostMormon.org sign we'll keep on the table to help distinguish us.  Can't wait to meet you all, share experiences, and have some stimulating conversations.

 

This will be a standing monthly gathering, but we need your help in deciding on a permanent venue.  We are in the East Bay, but want to find a location convenient to all, so come and plead your case.  Hope to see you there!

I served my mission in what was then called the Northern California Mission.  The mission home was located at the top of Buena Vista across the street from a park.  I was stationed in Oakland for 9 months and San Francisco for 6 months.  I wonder how many of the PostMos in the Bay Area are people whom I walked into the baptismal font.  I hope to attend the gathering, if not October, then November.

Now that would be a happy mission reunion, huh?  If both you and the converts found out the truth independently.  Well, even if you don’t meet up, I always figure there is a greater than 75% chance they are no longer active anyways.
