Billboard #6 in Salt Lake City

On October 5th, one day before LDS General Conference, our second large billboard went up in Salt Lake City. This one is at a good location on I-215, positioned for northbound traffic to see. Those travelling from Salt Lake International Airport to places north of Salt Lake can’t miss it!

I agree, you really can’t miss it.  I flew back from Denver on Sunday and I had no idea it was there but it jumped out at me big time.  I LOVED it!

I just saw the billboard on my way home to Layton from Wendover.

I too found your website after driving N on 215 while going to my daughters house in Kaysville.

OOO, it gives me that warm fuzzy feeling!

Although I was raised LDS in S California, and attended the Y, I now live in Florida, and am somewhat estranged from my 8 children.  It was on the way from the airport to one of my four daughters home for a wedding reception, that I saw the billboard.  Unfortunately, few out here in FL understand difficulties ex-mormons have when dealing with their families.  As much as we love them, they really cool off on us, once we make the brave decision to get rational.  My family goes all the way back to an early Utah pionner and founder of the LDS Sunday School, so my roots go deep.  It will be nice to communicate from timet to time with others who may going through the same things that I am.

I absolutely LOVE the sign!  My roots also run deep, with my grandmother being a Daughter of the Utah Mormon Pioneers (or however it goes, I really don’t remember!)  I wish I had more people to actually talk to (in person) that knew what I was going through.  Don’t get me wrong my husband and his family ALL support me but it’s nice to talk to someon who has been where I was!  Great sign and can’t wait to see some closer to the temples and maybe get some of them out here in Texas!
