WASHINGTON, D.C.—LDS historian L. Paul Cache made a remarkable discovery in the National Archives last week that not only reveals a massive Government cover-up, but also vindicates the Prophet Joseph Smith. According to Brother Cache, he discovered a sealed file while investigating the theory that NASA never actually placed a man on the moon. When he opened the file, he discovered a never-before published photo of what appears to be a family of moon inhabitants having their photo taken beside a lunar lander.
“As you can imagine, this came as quite a shock,” admits Cache, “though it’s not like I was completely unprepared. I was familiar with the Prophet Joseph’s claim that the moon was inhabited, but I never thought I’d be the one to prove it!”
Cache is referring to a statement published in an 1892 edition of the Young Women’s Journal in which Joseph Smith, founding prophet of Mormonism, is quoted as saying, “the moon is inhabited by men and women the same as this earth, and that they live to a greater age than we do – they live generally to near the age of 1000 years, average nearly six feet in height, and dress quite uniformly in something near the Quaker style.” Critics of Joseph Smith have scoffed at this prophecy, pointing to it as evidence that Smith was a charlatan.
Until now.
“This photo stands as irrefutable proof of Joseph’s divine calling as prophet, seer and revelator,” says Cache. “Now I’m searching for proof of men who live on the sun, to once and for all vindicate the prophet Brigham Young.”
As expected, NASA denies the existence of this photo, much the same as the Smithsonian Institute continues to deny using the Book of Mormon to guide teams of archeologists in discovering new and important digs in Meso-America.
