Chapter home pages are divided into two columns.

Left Column 

The left column includes a Chapter Indroduction box and is where chapter leaders post a description of their chapter and any information that is to remain relatively unchanged. In other words, don't use the box for posting meeting times unless the chapter has a regularly occuring meeting, such as "...meets every Sunday at..." or "meets the first Saturday of each month at..."
