The Nickel Tour of PostMormon.org View

First stop in the nickel tour is the page you're looking at, which is a page in our Post-Mormon Scrapbook. The Scrapbook is a repository for things that haven't found their way into other places on this website. The Scrapbook is based on wiki software (like Wikipedia) that allows members of our community to create and edit pages in the Scrapbook, thus enabling collaborative development of its content. The Post-Mormon Scrapbook is found under the Our Library menu item at the top of every page on this website.

PostMormon.org is owned and maintained by the Post-Mormon Community, a Utah based non-profit tax-exempt corporation . Our official mission "is to provide and maintain systems that facilitate the growth and development of a safe and supportive community for those who leave or are considering leaving the Mormon Church." We fulfill our mission by focusing on the three main areas described below, which also correspond to three of the items in the yellow menu strip above.

Worldwide Chapter Network

The chapter network is in its infancy and consists of groups of former Mormons that meet regularly. In some locations of the world where the percentage of Mormons and therefore of former Mormons is low, there is a contact person for that area. Some will also eventually become groups. Click here to go to the world map of chapter locations or use the menus under Our Community at the top of this page to go directly to a specific chapter.
