my final exit View
My family has been part of the Mormon fraud since the 1830's. I came from a very TBM family - dysfunctional but TBM. I went on a mission I spent those 2 years in Calgary Canada, a few years after I returned home I married in the temple. I had a few church callings, a few months after my mission was made Elders quorum President and was in that calling for a couple of years until I moved out of the ward when I got married. my next calling was ward mission leader and I was also ordained a seventy with that calling (that was back when they still had 70's on the stake level) and when they discontinued the 70's on the stake level I was ordained a High Priest.

During the 1980's I was an employee of the church and all was going good until the day that our whole department was let go we were all laid off with no notice, on the day they laid us off they took us to lunch at the Della Fontana restaurant in Salt lake and as we were eating they told us that today will be your last day of work and when we get back from lunch we needed to clean out our desks etc. My first stop that afternoon I went to the workforce service office to file for unemployment and was turned down because my employer had been a church and they don't pay into unemployment insurance and that is something they did not tell me when I was hired a few years previous. So I went to my bishop to see if I could get some help from him but he turned me down he would not help at all and shortly after that my wife and I lost our apartment but we did have some friends who took us in until we got on our feet thank god for them. Because of the way we were treated by "the Church" we decided that we would just go inactive. Fast forward a few years we saw a news story about Steve Benson having his Name removed from the church so we did the same it only took 2 months to get our letter.

a few years passed and our marriage just was not working so after 13 years of marriage we divorced and within a couple of years of the divorce she passed away. Right after she died my family (my Parents and siblings) were really trying their hardest to get me back in the church well when I left before it was not because of doctrine it was because the way I was treated so I thought about it for several months then I unfortunately was re-baptized (Biggest Mistake of my life!) and a few years later I was interviewed by Richard Hinkley and he "restored" the priesthood. a few weeks later I stumbled on to RFM (exmormon.org) and I was so surprised by some of the things I was reading a lot of the info was new to me since the church is not honest about its history, I immediately stopped going to church and after further study I sent my letter of resignation to Mr. Dodge on October 8 2009, I resigned this time because of the doctrine since I know its all crap!!!
