Post-Mormon meet and greet

Hi everyone! As some of you know, the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of this month is the Exmormon Foundation conference held in Salt Lake City. I'll be there for the Saturday session and think it would be terrific for any of us who live in the area or who will be in Salt Lake at that timeto meet up and put some faces to the names. The Saturday exmo conference session breaks for lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM so I've reserved a room at the Marie Calendars on Foothill Blvd for that time where we can get together. The room can hold up to 50 but I think we should expect anywhere from 15 to 30, this being a late notice. So, any of ya'll able to be there?

Well mamajama, since you live in Cache Valley you'll just have to meet up with our Logan group one of these Sundays! :D 6:30 every Sunday at Ruby Tuesdays. We have anywhere from 6 to 20 people each week. When are we going to meet you?

Ah, the frustration of it all!

To think I live 1/3 the way around the world, and on that weekend will be in California, unable to get up there. That makes me doubly frustrated.

Mmmmmmmmm piiiiiiiie............. :p Their strawberry pie is my favorite. :)

Their frozen microwaveable chicken pot pies are rather tasty as well! I am amazed that they managed to invent packaging that actually creates a crisp crust in the microwave! :eek:

The reservations are under the name, Post-Mormon Community. If anyone is uncomfortable saying the name when they arrive then ask for the "po-mo group" or "the group in the back room." I'll make sure the Marie Callendar's people know that they are all names for the same group.

I'm planning to be there at 11:30 am. I'm sure we'll have some later arrivals from the conference because they break at 11:30 am and it will take maybe 15 minutes to drive from the conference to Marie Callendars.
