This was not my speciality as a teenager, but I think the verse for the girls went something like:

I must, I must,
increase my bust.

Said repetition of the verse was accompanied by manual application of an upward massaging of the breast.

At that age, I was into handling and massaging breasts in any way I could, provided said action was appreciated.

PS: On 2nd thought, it's a wonder JS wasn't into promising breast enhancement solutions. That's the sort of snake-oil that he was a specialist in.
