I have copied the billboard discussion from the "Forcing Merchants to Close on Sunday" thread to their own well deserved thread. The new thread is titled, "POST MORMON BILLBOARD DISCUSSION".

I have left the original posts in place so as to not interrupt the flow of the original thread.
