What I like the most about this site is that it offers BOTH opinions......those who support Mo'ism and then the actual facts. You get to see explanations from both sides and make up your own mind. Very valuable way of presenting the information, in my opinion.

But just like any other successful corporation, the church's marketing plan doesn't usually include the 'whole' truth...only the sugar coated bits and pieces. You know, just enough to get your money - for as long as possible anyway.

I just wanted to say that the 20 Truths website is one of the best sites for quick, precise, explained information I have found. I emailed the owner and told him "Thanks" and how great of a job he has done with it. Now if I could just get a few of my "friends" to read it... :(

Yes, you can tell the owner put a lot of time and research into bringing objective information to others.

I am reading my way through the web site and love it. I have read a number of these items before, but the way this site has everything laid out is great. It is a great resource.

Several months ago the owner was going to take the board down (I think because of expense but not certain) but got a lot of negative feedback so I am grateful it is still there. I printed out all the info "just in case". I am going to put it in a binder for my teen daughter who is confused at this point. The way the info is presented she can make up her own mind, seeing how the church "justifies" it vs the facts.

I actually heard rumor on another board quite the while ago and I am glad it was just that...a rumor. Everyone I send to it LOVES it because you spell it all out.

Jim, you are a bad bad bad boy!!!!! Cuz the best part is you are helping people leave the church FASTER because they don't have to spend months and months and months researching...you've done it all. (wish I would have found your site before all my research began) AND the icing on the cake is you even provide the lame excuses of the apologists. You gotta love it!

If those 20 reasons are why you left the church...You have been snookered!!! I'm embarrassed for you. I could understand you falling for it if you didn't have access to the internet, but none of those points hold any water...Are you sure you want to follow such deceit? Have you EVEN tried to get any explanations? Or did you just read it and go "oh my God all is lost!!!" I love how you said that this site presents the pro-mormon view and then the facts...Ha Ha You really need to chech your facts...I'd be glad to help...if you're not scared to REALLY know the truth...
