I havent been on here much all summer, I have been very busy with Family stuff, Work stuff and general stuff.

I happy to say that I will be able to check in a little more often, at least for now.

I had a great experience this summer. Great in my mind anyhow. My dad and step mom came to visit this past month they live in Texas, and they are as true blue Mormon as they come, dads the bish. anyway it was great....he would laugh and say you going to church? I would say yep, he would ask wich one, and I would laugh and say the right one dad. It has been so stressful the last year since I told my family that I left mormonism; It was nice to put a little humor into it instead of full blown stress.
My sisters are also your basic sisters from Hell. and there gone, yeah! Not that I don't love my family, but its nice to not be persecuted and told constantly that your basically satan. anyway they all moved to Texas to be near my father. There freakin adults and that just can't seem to llive without daddy.
better for me however. I am now officially the only member of my family of origin left in Utah, and Its a very freeing feeling.
I had some of the best feedback from my father. Since I saw him last I was given a promotion at my job, He is so proud of the work I am doing there and isnt afraid to say so. I am so far ahead of my sisters; He dosent understand them. There life hasnt been even remotely as difficult as mine, and as he said there sinking fast and you are flying and doing so well; whats the difference. I know what the difference is but didnt want to cause any problems with them sitting right there. There pretty sick, depressed, and judgemental individuals; how can your life work when you have nothing to look forward to each day. I have the best job in the entire world according to me, and that in itself is what makes my life work.
I could go on, and on, and on, and on. But I wont bore you.

take care, see ya all around.

Hi Lisa!
There used to be a thread with a title of
'introduce yourselves' (something like that anyway)
You could put it there (would love to hear what you have to say) or maybe even start a thread.
Maybe Silverfox or Free Thinker can advise!!!
Take care

I would recommend starting a new thread. At least this is what I did. It allows members to comment on what you wrote more easily and gives you 'ownership' of the thread. In other words, people can read your personal story on your own thread. Look forward to hearing your story...take care... :)
